4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.2 Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.

• You acknowledge that AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You agree that we may use anonymized session data to improve our AI models

7. Intellectual Property Rights

9.3 Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERROOM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PowerRoom.io regarding the Services.

14.4 Assignment
